What does a buyer's agent actually do for me?
A buyer’s agent represents your interests throughout the entire purchase — from finding homes that fit your goals to negotiating the offer and guiding you through inspections, financing, and closing. I act as your advocate, your local expert, and your second set of eyes, so you buy with confidence and never overpay.
Why do I need my own agent? Can't I just call the listing agent?
The listing agent works for the seller and is contractually obligated to get them the highest price and best terms. When you have your own agent, you have someone obligated to you — fighting for your price, spotting red flags the seller won’t mention, and making sure your interests come first.
How are you paid? Does it cost me anything?
